Lisa Mass is a qualified Counsellor with a keen interest in personal development that focuses on Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. She is now seeing new clients who suffer from anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, grief, lack of motivation or any other psychological problems.


Under the guidance of Dr. Abraham Mass, Lisa uses a combination of therapies, specifically, evidence based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, mindfulness and meditation.


With the aim of recovery, and a more meaningful life, Lisa works to empower her clients to achieve their goals and better cope with life's difficulties in a safe and comfortable environment.
